How does the supplier view the request once it has been sent out?
A Self-Assessment (also called SSA) is the option for users to request certain information from their suppliers as well as to improve the score of a supplier in the Prewave platform.
Option 1: Action via Supplier Profile:
Access the supplier that you want to send a self-assessment to and plan an action accordingly.
- Add a contact to the profile if necessary (contacts you add will be only visible to your own organisation)
- Plan the action and select the questionnaire you want to send
- Add the contact
- Send the questionnaire
- The status changes automatically to 'requested', and will change to 'Completed' as soon as the supplier fulfils the request
Option 2: Via Self-Assessment Area (for Bulk requests)
- Access the Self-Assessment section in Prewave
- Navigate to 'Reporting'
- Select the Suppliers/Collections you want to send self-assessments to.
- Send a request (select the questionnaires you want to send out)
- Add the contacts
- Define settings (personal comment, bi-weekly reminder, yourself in CC on the email)
- Send the request
From this request an action is automatically created and tracked.
How does the supplier view the request once it has been sent out?
- The supplier receives an invitation to fill out the Self-Assessment
- Via the email-link the supplier needs to register to the platform (only email-address and password are needed)
- The supplier needs to confirm the email-address (link sent per email)
- Now the supplier has access and can fill out the self-assessment
- After confirming the information the request is resolved and displayed as such in the supplier profile and reporting area of the self-assessments
💡 Suppliers can select any of the available languages when answering the Self-Assessment on their end.
The default language of the Self-Assessments is English.
