Assign collections to other users

How to assign collections to other users within your environment

In case you would like to assign specific collections to other users you can do so, if you have the role “user manager”. You can then navigate to your own profile and go to Administration.


You can then select the users you want to assign the collections to. Once selected you can click “Assign Collection” in the upper right hand corner.



 After you’ve clicked that button a new window will appear. Here you can select all necessary collections and set the delivery settings at the same time.


 Once you save your selection, the collections are going to be assigned to the previously selected users and moved to “My collections” in their interface.
