Creating/Adding new users
How to add new users to the interface
This article addresses key users (e.g. Application Owner or Project Owner) working with Prewave and appointed by their organization to manage users in the system.
If you’re planning on adding additional users to the platform you can do so by sending a request to Customer Support at customer-success@prewave.ai. The required information is first name, last name, email address and user role. If you are uncertain which role to pick, you can find more information about user roles in this article. We have created an excel file which is mandatory to be used when requesting new users. Please find the template attached below and send it back to us with all necessary information.
