SSAs can be filled out and sent to suppliers directly inside the Prewave platform.
Self-Assessments are accessible via Dropdown menu in the profile settings. Click on the user name and navigate to "Self-assessments".
On the "Answers" page are all the available Self-assessments for the company. By filling those out your connected customers can see the completion status. However, to access the answers the customer has to send a request. The precondition for sending a self-assessment request to a supplier is to have connected with the supplier in Prewave.
The Symbol next to the questionnaire informs about the current status.
On the "Reporting" page all connected suppliers are displayed. Questionnaires can be requested as well as displayed if answers are available.
1. Filter Options
Suppliers can be filtered by Collection, Questionnaire, Suppliers, Answer Status, Answer Rating.
2. Answer Status
This statistic shows all your suppliers and the answers to given questionnaires.
3. Answer Rating
Answer Rating is a comparison of good and critical answers to self-assessments.
4. Sending multiple requests
This is an option to send multiple requests at once.
5. Status to existing questionnaires
Questionnaires can have 4 different states. Completed, Not Completed, Not received and outdated.
6. Actions
Request answers or export reports and summaries of your suppliers answers.
